Parsum IPP 70-SE

Compact, lightweight and easy to install, the Parsum IPP-70-SE is an intrinsically safe probe for real-time size and velocity measurements for solid particles up to 6000 µm in size. Dustproof and waterproof, and requiring no sampling or calibration, it provides continuous process monitoring at high and fluctuating solids loadings, in gas or dust zoned hazardous environments.

Accessories

D23 Inline eductor (4mm)

In-line disperser for fine particle processes.

The D23 disperser dilutes and disperses material drawn from the process, simultaneously directing it towards the measurement zone of the IPP 70 probe. It ensures robust and accurate sizing for particles with a Dv50 in the range 50 to 1200 µm, making it especially useful for direct measurement within fluidized beds.

D11 Inline eductor (8mm)

In-line dispersion for coarse particles and high solids loadings.

The D11 sample disperser dilutes and disperses material drawn from the process, simultaneously directing it towards the measurement zone. It ensures robust and accurate sizing for coarse particles in processes where solids loadings are high, such as granulation.

At-line measurement station

At-line particle sizing for process applications.

Used in combination with Parsum IPP70-S or IPP70-SE probes, the at-line measurement station enables fast, efficient particle sizing of process samples in the laboratory or on the plant.

4 – 20 mA Interface board (8 channels)

Efficient data transfer from Parsum probe to centralized control system.

Parsum’s optional 4-20 mA interface board streamlines the transfer of particle size data from the probe to a centralized control system, for automation or data display. Eight channels allow interfacing with four probes, each installed as far as 100 m away from the analyzer PC.
