Because of their ability to kill tumor cells, NK cells are an attractive target for cancer immunotherapies especially therapeutic monoclonal antibodies, which act through antibody-mediated cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC).
Whether you’re investigating target antigen expression on tumour cells/cell lines or by immune suppressive cells such as regulatory T cells, M2 macrophages or myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) to drive an ADCC reaction, or evaluating NK cell cytotoxicity function, we can design a custom program around NK cells that specifically meets your research needs.
