Single-cell RNA sequencing
At Concept, we can help characterize the heterogeneity of tissues, evaluate gene expression profiles of individual cells or identify rare cell populations not detectable through analysis of pooled samples.
We offer single-cell RNA sequencing using the 10x Genomics® Chromium™ platform and an optimized workflow, including sample processing, illumine sequencing and bioinformatic analysis. As well as single-cell RNA-seq, we offer bulk RNA sequencing, allowing gene expression profiling of smaller or pooled samples using NGS.
