A great way to start the day!

In my book, waking up to the news that the company you work for has won a Queen’s Award for Enterprise is a pretty good way to start the day. What’s even more special today is that for Malvern Instruments this is the second year in succession, and the seventh time in the company’s history, that we’ve been recognised in this way.

So I’d just like to say well done to everyone in the company and all our distribution partners and customers who made it possible. A Queen’s Award further endorses our commitment to quality and innovation, and gives our customers the confidence to build long term relationships based on trust and respect.

For anyone not familiar with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise, they are regarded as highly prestigious awards given for outstanding achievement by UK businesses in the categories of Innovation, International Trade and Sustainable Development. The awards are announced each year on the 21 April, the birthday of Her Majesty The Queen.

In 2010 we were awarded for our innovation and this year for continuing success in international trade.
