Engage to its core
IMRC 2023 is an international event organized by the Sociedad Mexicana de Materiales (SMMater) and the Materials Research Society® (MRS) where the best universities around the world gather to offer a range of symposium topics of interest to the materials research community at large.
This year, Cancún welcomed us with a warm smile and our clients came to see the potential of Epsilon 1 and Zetasizer. Networking and demos of our instruments were a hit, from simple element identification and quantification up to more sophisticated analysis of Nanoparticles, bioceramics, polymers, and food extracts such as cactus. One thing that was very eye-catching to our clients was the temperature control range of the Zetasizer (model: Ultra Red) for particle size analysis: 0°C – 120°C. Also used to get the zeta potential. ¡Stunning!
It´s clear that Academia wants to stay updated, and networking is always key. There is nothing more valuable than meeting your customer face to face and ensuring your commitment to the best service, great communication, and having a great chat about our products, getting to know them, and finding a solution for their needs. That´s the core of our business. Excellent opportunity for engagement.
This successful event hosted more than 2,000 attendees from nearly 52 countries and 450 institutions, from which 1,197 of the participants were students and 803 regular members and non-members. Malvern Panalytical succeeds in demos the 3 days of exhibition with a great vision of the future along with clients and how to improve our solutions and relationship with them.
