For he’s a Jolly Good Fellow
We are delighted that long time Malvern Instruments employee Dr Alan Rawle was recently appointed a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. Alan has been at Malvern for over 20 years and during that time has made a truly invaluable contribution to the company.
Having spent the past 10 years based in Malvern’s US office, Alan is currently on a six-month secondment in the UK and we’re pleased to welcome him back, albeit briefly, to where his career began.
Alan has an extensive knowledge of electro optics, laser diffraction and particle characterization in general and of course an even wider experience of the very many applications of all particle characterization techniques. He is well known within our industry, speaks regularly at conferences, sits on a variety of international committees and has contributed to the establishment of numerous particle characterization standards.
Many congratulations from all the team at Malvern.
