Experience the future of material characterization and book your personalized One-on-One meeting at Malvern Panalytical Taiwan's Grand Opening Week.
Malvern Panalytical Taiwan is excited to announce the grand opening of its new application laboratory on 13 April. Customers are invited to celebrate and take advantage of the opportunity to schedule personal one-on-one meetings with application specialists during the grand opening week.
Located in Neihu Taipei, the new laboratory showcases Malvern Panalytical’s comprehensive range of material characterization solutions, including the Mastersizer 3000, the world’s most popular particle size analyzer.
“The lab represents a significant investment of over 25 million NTD which reaffirms the company’s commitment to Taiwan and its strong growth.” said Mark Fleiner, President Malvern Panalytical.
Malvern Panalytical’s material characterization tools are used by quality control and research and development groups for structural, elemental, and particle size and shape analysis. With a global footprint of analytical instrumentation, the company engineers big solutions to help academia and industries investigate the smallest details in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, powder metallurgy, environmental, additive manufacturing, cement, steel industries, and more.
Since opening its office in Taiwan in May 2022, Malvern Panalytical has established a sizeable workforce of application specialists, sales, and service specialists. The team has received expert training from the company’s global headquarters in the UK and the Netherlands, as well as its Center of Excellence in Singapore.
“We are proud to be able to offer our clients the best service possible through our globally supported network of local application experts, irrespective of where they are located in Taiwan.” says Anderson Chou, Regional Manager for Applications and Customer Support.
In addition to the lab, the facility boasts value-added amenities such as training rooms for workshops, user meetings, and technical discussions. “I’m thrilled to announce that we are offering all our clients at least six free user trainings this year, as well as training for anyone wishing to expand their knowledge of different techniques.” adds Melissa Ho, Regional Marketing Manager, Malvern Panalytical.
During the grand opening week from 12-14 April, customers can book one-on-one sessions with application specialists. There will also be a dynamic light scattering training called the ZetaClass, on 13 April. During the training, registrants will learn more about the applications and gain hands-on experience on characterizing nanoparticles using the Zetasizer Advanced range. Malvern Panalytical Taiwan is thrilled to open its doors and share its innovative solutions with customers.
