The second virial coefficient (A2, B22) has been identified as a potential parameter to assess and optimize formulation stability. Traditionally, the measurement is time consuming in batch mode, since preparation of various concentrations of a sample is necessary with associated time-consuming sample transfer and cuvette cleaning steps. The advent of automated DLS platforms now opens up the possibility of automated static light scattering measurements. This webinar describes the benefit of using an automated sample well-plate device such as the Zetasizer APS for speeding up and simplifying the process of protein formulation screening. Applications examples are shown throughout.
