Malvern Panalytical’s employees in Québec City are more generous than ever!

The employees in Québec City gave CAD 5,000 to the local United Way Québec Chaudière-Appalaches in 2018. This important sum of money has been collected thanks to the generosity of people who give on a weekly basis as well as their participation in various activities to collect funds (pizza and spaghetti luncheons, auctions, draws, conferences of spokesperson, sale of home-made food, etc.).

A cause we care about

According to Christian Marcoux, General Manager of Malvern Panalytical’s office in Québec City, this has been possible with the contribution of all employees.

“I’m very happy with this year’s results and I want to address a special thanks to the ones involved in the organization of various fundraising activities“, says Mr. Marcoux.

The final cheque was given to United Way’s delegated representative Fernand Chénard on December 10. This money will help create opportunities for a better life for everyone in the community.

“I’ve always thought that the focus was less on the amount of money given, but more on believing in the cause and on the willingness to make the difference in the life of vulnerable people“, says Mr. Chénard.

Malvern Panalytical offices in Québec City have been involved in fundraising campaigns for United Way since 2015. A total of CAD 3,500 was given in 2017.
