Earlier in the year, we shared with you that Malvern Panalytical had been shortlisted in two categories in the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce awards 2021; Excellence in Innovation and Excellence in Customer Service. On the 2nd of September, 2021 Malvern Panalytical colleagues attended the first in-person Chamber Business Awards in 2 years with over 700 guests across 2 counties at the Worcester Arena to find out the results of our applications…
Excellence in Innovation- Finalists!
Although sadly, we did not win in the ‘Excellence in Innovation’ category, in a year of entries at an all-time high it was a huge achievement that the Zetasizer Advance range was recognized for its support in ground-breaking research. Notably, within the pharmaceutical industry including use in COVID-19 vaccine development and production and in the production of the quickest antigen test for detecting COVID-19.
Excellence in Customer Service- Winners!
We are delighted to share that we came out as winners ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ category. This is a true testament our teams ongoing hard work and our excellent trained engineers managing to grow self and remote service concepts, predictive maintenance, and digital service models despite the challenges that the pandemic imposed. A huge congratulations and thank you to all the teams who have enabled us to adapt our traditional customer service offering in the past year and continue to impress both our customers and the Chamber of Commerce too.
Business of the year- What a surprise!
As taxis began to pull up outside the announcement for the final award of the night was looming: the winner of the winners – ‘Business of the Year’ award. As the judges alluded to the winners being a long-standing local business making significant contributions to their local community, nurturing young talents as well as their customer relations, excited anticipation began to form around the tables. Malvern Panalytical had been chosen as Business of the Year, what a testimony to the commitment of each and every member of the business. We may be biased but we think this was well earned…
