Vector analytics masterclass 1/6

In recent years we’ve seen a steep rise in the application of nanomedicine, particularly with the use of viral and non-viral delivery vectors for nucleic acids, for use in vaccine development and cell and gene therapy.

These delivery vectors show great promise. However, they pose significant manufacturing and analytical challenges due to their structural complexity. Consequently, you need to apply a combination of fit-for-purpose, complementary analytical tools during product development, process control, and quality control.

Join us as we review a range of complementary, label-free biophysical techniques. You’ll learn how these techniques can be applied to characterize the physical and chemical attributes of lipid nanoparticles (LNP) encapsulating mRNA. Techniques include:

  • dynamic light scattering (DLS)
  • multiangle-DLS (MADLS)
  • electrophoretic light scattering (ELS)
  • nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA)
  • multiple detection SEC
  • differential scanning calorimetry (DSC)

About this webinar series

This is the first webinar in our “Vector Analytics Masterclass” series. Join us as our team of characterization experts takes you on a deep dive into the methodologies you need for successful vector development. They’ll also show you how to generate robust measurement and help you to understand how adopting a holistic approach to generating data will give you greater confidence in your results. Discover more in our Vector Analytics webinar hub.
