Webinar about the characterization of proteins
Greetings to the Malvern materials talk subscribers. As this is my first edition to the blog-o-sphere here at Malvern, I would like to start off by introducing myself. My name is Matt McGann, I am a product technical specialist and scientific adviser for Malvern Panalytical based is sunny Southern California. My area of speciality is characterization of proteins and nano materials using dynamic light scattering (DLS) and chromatography technologies.
I wanted to take the opportunity to address those of you interested in how the Zetasizer nano systems can be used to assist you in identifying and characterizing the quality of purified protein samples. From oligomeric states and presence of aggregates to the propensity of a sample to agglomerate. The Zetasizer systems provide a suite of characterization options to fully understand your protein samples.
If you think these topics could help you in understanding your samples better, then I would like to invite you to attend my webinar entitled “Characterization of the size and molecular weight and oligomeric state of proteins using the Malvern Zetasizer systems in batch and flow mode” which will be presented on Wednesday 7th March through the Malvern education seminar series.
See you all there… Matt.
