Our X-ray powder diffraction analysis suite HighScore (Plus) is a powerful and versatile tool, to quickly and reliably analyze huge amounts of X-ray powder diffraction data.

HighScore (Plus) combines analytical features like phase identification, using commercial and custom databases, with advanced pattern fitting methods for quantification (of crystalline and amorphous phases) and to refine and determine structures, the pair distribution function, crystallographic properties (like indexing + space group determination) with easy automation possibilities by batch processing.

All that is accompanied by easy to use, model-free multivariate statistics algorithms like PLSR, PCA, Clustering and many more fully integrated methods.In this webinar you will get an overview of the various new functions and improvements recently implemented.
