In order to comply with the security requirements for the Windows operating systems, the directory structure used by the Mastersizer 2000 software has been changed. Please refer to Software Update Notification in order to understand these changes prior to installing this software. Some of the changes made to the control of the Mastersizer 2000 accessories require the accessory firmware to be updated when upgrading previous versions of the Mastersizer 2000 software. Please contact Malvern Instruments for information regarding how to upgrade the accessory firmware.
