Malvern Panalytical is continuously monitoring all aspects of the COVID-19 situation and we are continually reviewing our business continuity and operational plans. Here’s how we’re keeping our stakeholders safe:
In addition to increasing hygiene measures at all our sites worldwide, we have also limited access to our facilities. This means that most of our colleagues are working from home. Where physical access to one of our sites is necessary, we ask all visitors to submit a screening form 24-hours prior to their visit.
We perform COVID-19 risk assessments when employees develop any symptoms, and we prevent visitors with symptoms from entering our sites. We have a comprehensive plan in place to temporarily close part or all of a site for deep-cleaning in the event an employee or visitor is considered a risk, shows symptoms or tests positive for COVID-19.
Some of our facilities remain closed to all but essential staff. Where colleagues need to work from one of our sites, we have introduced split-shifts to minimize transmission risks.
When a customer site visit is necessary, our employees will adhere to Malvern Panalytical’s health and safety advice and follow all additional protocols required by our customers.
In order to ensure that our colleagues can carry out site visits safely, we ask our customers to complete and return a COVID-19 declaration prior to these visits.
We have implemented a restricted travel policy, meaning colleagues can only travel for work purposes when strictly necessary.
