Software download for Mastersizer 3000 software v4.01
Version 4.01 is a maintenance upgrade. Software version 4.0 of the software introduced OmniTrust to the Mastersizer platform. OmniTrust is Malvern Panalytical’s solution for regulatory compliance and data integrity across different product ranges.
For our pharmaceutical customers currently using the Malvern Access Configurator (MAC) and/or 21CFR features of Mastersizer v3.88 and below - we recommend remaining on your existing version until an upgrade path is available, as the system audit trails are not currently compatible with this new OmniTrust version of Mastersizer application software.
Refer to the Software Update Notification (SUN) document before installing the software.
