Extending the CT capabilities of the Empyrean
Micro-structural studies of a large range of materials are now possible thanks to the new GaliPIX3D detector. In this data sheet we present CT data obtained from the PANalytical Empyrean X-ray diffractometer. Two samples of porous concrete with different porosity are presented.
