This set of verification samples is intended for verification of the sample preparation method, measurement program and data analysis procedure used in Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) measurements. The samples are specifically designed to be used in combination with the EasySAXS software module for the analysis of SAXS measurement data.
The set of three samples consists of non-aggregated nanopowder materials having a (quasi-) spherical particle shape and a well-defined particle size distribution with the maximum particle radius not exceeding 50 nm.
The samples are not calibrants or standard materials with a certified size distribution as a calibration procedure is not required for EasySAXS to work accurately.
