Aeris Cementエディション

Aeris Cementエディションでは、セメントおよびその中間層の鉱物組成を直接調査します。 この鉱物組成情報により物性を判断することができるため、たとえば代替燃料を使用する際に炉をうまく制御することができます。 さらに(混合)セメントの品質保証が容易になります。 Aeris Cementエディションは簡単に使用でき、自動化が可能な卓上型X線回折装置であり、どんなセメント工場でもご使用いただけます。

より環境にやさしく、効率的に生成  
セメントの強度、凝結特性、水和特性、耐薬品性はセメントの鉱物組成と直接結びついています。 X線回折は、セメント内のこれらの鉱物を直接探査する方法であり、すでに生産段階に入っている最終製品の物性をより正確に予測し、より効率的で環境にやさしい生産工程を構築しやすくします。

Aeris Cementエディションは、原材料、クリンカー、および(混合)セメントから最終製品までのあらゆるセメント生産工程段階で、お客様の伴侶となります。
