卓上型・X線回折装置（XRD）
当社の卓上型X線回折装置（XRD）である Aeris（エアリス）は、これまでは大型のフロアスタンディングの装置でしかできなかったデータ品質とデータ取得速度を実現しています。組み込みタッチスクリーンと直感的なソフトウェアにより、だれでもこの装置を簡便に使用することができるほか、出力したデータは床置き型のX線回折装置と共通の解析ソフトウェア High Score上で,化合物の同定、定量、結晶化度、結晶子サイズ解析及びリートベルト法による結晶相の定量、結晶構造解析等、多様かつ詳細なデータ解析ができるようになっています。
