Owners@Spectris is our global employee ownership programme, designed to give colleagues a meaningful role in continuously improving our business and the opportunity to share in our collective success.
With a strapline of Shared Goal, Share Ownership, Shared Success, the programme strengthens an ownership mindset for every employee. Launched in May 2026, it reflects our culture and values - Be True, Own It, Aim High.
That means colleagues around the world taking responsibility, acting with integrity and striving for excellence.
And in return Owners@Spectris gives every permanent employee the opportunity to share in the value they help create, empowering everyone to help grow the business and play an active role in shaping our future.
While Owners@Spectris is not just about a potential financial benefit, a significant element of the new programme is the opportunity for colleagues throughout the organisation to benefit from a share in the value creation realised from a future sale of the business, provided that set growth goals are achieved and eligibility criteria are met.
Join us and you too will be sharing in our common goal, bringing your ideas and energy to grow our business and live our purpose of delivering value beyond measure to make the world cleaner, healthier and more productive.
We are proud to have a global footprint with R&D and manufacturing sites in North America, Europe, and Asia. We are more than 2,300 employees in a customer-focused organization, with sales and service offices in 20 countries.

What do you enjoy most about your role?
What I enjoy most about my role is the privilege of working alongside incredibly smart, diverse and passionate people as we sell technologies that make an impact in people's lives through our customers' research, products, and services. We are constantly learning from our clients, our colleagues, and each other. I find immense inspiration and fulfillment in the continuous collaboration I get to observe and participate in working in my role.
How can we inspire the next generation of women?
As a mother of two daughters, I believe it's crucial to show young girls that they can pursue any career path they choose. To inspire the next generation, we need strong role models who show that success comes from passion, hard work, and perseverance, not gender. Encouraging young girls to explore STEM and leadership roles is important. We must create environments where women feel supported, whether through mentorship programs, equal opportunities, or simply by sharing our own journeys to create success. Accelerating action toward equality requires both individual and collective efforts. Companies must actively champion diversity and promote inclusive workplaces. As individuals, we must uplift and empower one another.
At Malvern Panalytical, we follow a structured and transparent hiring process to ensure the best experience for our candidates.
Below is an overview of our typical hiring process, along with some useful tips to help you succeed in your application and interviews.
Your journey begins with a 30-minute conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your background, experience, and motivations while giving you a chance to ask questions about the role and company.
💡Tip: Be prepared to give a brief overview of your experience, career goals, and what interests you about our company and our values. Research our organization and our values to be ready to discuss how your skills and experience align with the role.
If successful, you’ll be invited to a 45–60-minute interview via Microsoft Teams with the hiring team. This stage focuses on assessing your skills, experience, and alignment with the role, as well as providing deeper insights into the team and company culture.
💡Tip: Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) when answering example-based questions. This helps structure your responses and ensures you provide clear examples.
The final stage involves either an onsite interview at one of our facilities, where you will meet the hiring team in person, or a final stage video call. This session may include:
💡Tip: If you're required to give a presentation, keep it clear and concise. Stick to the time limit and leave room for questions and answers at the end to engage with the panel. Make sure to practice beforehand and consider potential questions the panel may ask.
We look forward to meeting you and exploring how you can contribute to our team!
