At Malvern Panalytical, we are offering a special promotion for the year 2025 targeting new customers (or those meeting the conditions below) who have hesitated to conduct calibration services (PV) and qualification tests (IQOQ) in response to the increasing regulatory compliance standards and demands from client companies in the market. (Qualification cost discount or provision of a Preventive Maintenance Kit of equivalent value)

Target Customers

1. Customers who wish to conduct Qualification (PV or OQ) for the first time in 2025 and have no prior history of doing so.
2. Customers who have a history of conducting Qualification but were unable to do so in 2024 for various reasons.

Note! When should our particle size analyzer receive calibration?

The calibration cycle for particle size analyzers is generally recommended once every 1-2 years. This is to respond to changes in laser output and sensitivity changes in the device’s optical system due to usage duration.
Additionally, if the measurement results of the same sample repeatedly differ from previous values, it is recommended to receive calibration services.
At Malvern Panalytical, service engineers who have completed specialized training from the manufacturer conduct the calibrations directly.
