Using Nano Tracking Method to Count Particles and Calculate Particle Size Distribution and Concentration
Particle Size Measurement Device Using Nano Tracking Method
Fine particles suspended in liquid move randomly as if vibrating. This is called Brownian motion, where larger particles move more slowly and smaller particles move faster.
In the nano tracking method, individual particle traces caused by Brownian motion are analyzed using a high-sensitivity sCMOS camera to calculate the movement speed of individual particles and analyze the particle size based on this. Therefore, it enables high-resolution particle size distribution measurement.

The Nanosight series evaluates the characteristics of nanoparticles ranging from 10nm to 2000nm present in liquid using this nano tracking method.
Moreover, the Nanosight series will be exhibited at JASIS2014 held from September 3 to 5.
Please stop by the Malvern booth.
