Announcement of the Integration of Malvern Panalytical Division and Tokyo Office

As of February 2018, the Malvern Division and PANalytical Division of Spectris Co., Ltd. have integrated to form the Malvern Panalytical Division. This follows the merger of the parent companies Malvern Instruments Ltd. (UK) and PANalytical B.V (Netherlands) on January 1, 2017.

From today, our blog will also update articles related to both divisions as “Materials Talks – Malvern Panalytical on Particle Measurement and X-ray Analysis”.

The logo is being reborn!

The symbol of the UK Malvern office “Malvern Hills” and “X” representing X-ray analysis equipment have merged to create a new logo that expresses further strengthening of both brands.

The Tokyo Office and Application Laboratory will also be renewed!

With the integration of the divisions, the former Malvern Division’s Kanda office will be integrated into the former PANalytical Division’s Hamamatsucho office.
