NanoSight NS300: Visualization and Measurement of Nanoparticle Size and Concentration

NS300 automatically and quickly analyzes the size distribution and concentration of all types of nanoparticles with diameters ranging from 10nm to 2000nm, depending on the equipment configuration and sample type.

By newly controlling an electrically powered filter wheel with 6 positions within the software, multiple categories of samples can be analyzed simultaneously. The software-controlled motorized optical stage quickly repositions and refocuses after cleaning to enhance reproducibility. The sample temperature is fully programmable via the NTA (Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis) software.

The NanoSight series uses nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) technology to measure the size of nanoparticles ranging from 10nm to 2000nm* in solution. This technology analyzes by directly observing individual particles undergoing diffusion motion simultaneously.
This individual particle observation method provides reliability for high-resolution results on particle size distribution and concentration through visual data verification. Additionally, in fluorescence mode, which measures fluorescently labeled particles, it is possible to analyze not only particles’ size and concentration but also protein aggregation and viscosity.

  • Saves time and samples through simultaneous measurement of multiple properties
