X-ray diffraction (XRD) is a well-suited method to investigate the mineralogical composition of final cements. Data evaluation by the Rietveld method provides highly precise results. This requires a comprehensive structure database for all mineral phases as they occur in cement production, as well as, expert knowledge to setup the parameter files for quantification. Normally, these pre-requirements are not readily available in a routine cement laboratory.

Luckily, there is a total solution. And you’ll hear about it in this webinar where we will:

- Look at the complete solution that can be operated by just about anyone (no expert skills needed)

- Supply you with a standard operating procedure (SOP) for both XRD and XRF that gives you comprehensive guidelines in the selection and/or optimization of the sample preparation technology.
